I called Brett at Brighton Mazda and told him that I wanted to turn in our Mazda CX-5 early and get another of a certain specification. Post warranty issue was handled by Service manager Rich. I received great help on taking my car problem to Mazda headquarter. So Mazda agreed to cover 2/3 for replacement of a very costly part and related repairs!
Really great service center! Recently got in trouble with our CX7 ...yes surprise, surprise: TURBO died. 75 000 miles and 2 000 mi since extended warranty expired. Ops :(. The price for replacing this part is over $2 200! But Rich (service manager) with his team contacted a miracle: used all applicable options to address this well known problem to the manufacture (Mazda) and received huge discount from them. We paid less then 1/3 from the original price (!). They kept our car in the shop for extra days, gave us a loaner (for FREE) and made sure that all of the necessary test drives were completed in a period of two days. I am glad they did it! I highly recommend this service center: they will go extra mile to make sure that your car receives great service and fight with manufacturer for you!
Mike Tilton was excellent. He was very calm and helpful, no pressure at all. We drove the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with Technology package and loved it. We needed a good price for our trade and Brighton Mazda matched the best deal we had been quoted to date. We drove about eight other cars prior to the CX-5 and knew we were ready to buy. Mike and his team located the exact color combination (pearl white with sand leather interior) with a tech package, the only one in the state. They had the SUV transported, prepped and delivered, spotless, in a timely manner. The finance manager had all the paperwork ready to go and we were done in under an hour. Mike then showed my wife how to use all the features of the truck in 30 minutes. Great price, excellent service, fair trade in price, and a fine SUV from a nice helpful, trustworthy staff and a knowledgeable salesman. My favorite car deal, ever.
After having a horrible experience at the dealership I purchased my car from in Arizona, I found this dealership in my new city in Michigan that I just moved too. I have had an issue with a noise coming from the back of my car on and off for 3 years. That is also the age of my Mazda 3. It took Mike and his service techs about 5 minutes to figure out what has completely stupped my old dealership for 3 years. My Back wind shields seal is broken and the sound that I am hearing (which sounds like two pieces of styrofoam being rubbed together) is actually my window ethcing on the metal since the seal is broken,. As you can imagine I was furious to find that this was going to cost me money to replace since now my car is out of warrenty and my old dealership didn't give two hoots about it. Mike directed me to the Mazda customer service line and they were able to help me by covering at least half of the repair (200.00 of 430.00) to replace the window and the seal. He has been very helpful and extremely polite dispite my inital reaction of anger (i kind of directed towards him at first).. I would recommend this dealership for service. They are polite and get the job done. Thanks Mike!
We stopped into Brighton Mazda just thinking of looking around , But We met Van Knox and he explained the specials they were having on the Mazda 6 2011 and how we would be getting more car for less money then what we were originally looking at. We took it for a test drive and the next afternoon it was ours. We love it. We really liked how Van didn't jump on us as soon as we were in the lot looking around, and how he was not pressuring us into buying anything at that time. We will recommend Brighton Mazda to all our friends .
When I visited the closest Mazda dealership in Brighton. I was just browse around, and see what is available of Miata. The salesman Mr. Knox just happen go in the show room at the same time. He friendly open the door for us. I ask :" Who want to sale me a Miata?". No one else answer. So I said: "You're so friend and open the door for us, will you show us around about the new Miata?" Mr. Know friendly replied: "Sure, glad to". That led to the sale. The Miata is for our 36th anniversary present for Sandy and I. Mr. Knox put a great big red ribbon on the new Miata when we picking the car last Monday. He is friendly, knowledgeable sales Manager. Thanks, Van for the new Miata.
I had a Wonderful experience at Brighton Mazda. Mr, Van Knox III Preowned Sales Manager did a awesome job in making my car purchase a enjoyable experience. He had a postive and and friendly attitude. I had a negative experience at Suburan Mazda in Sterling Heights MI. Mr. Knox was able to make a negative experience turn into a postive. Mr. Knox was able to gather all my information over the phone and through text messaging which was so perfect for me due to my busy work schedule. The Finance Manager also played an important role in making the process easy as well. She was also able to gather information by phone as well. Mr. Knox was able to complete everything in about 3hours. I walked into the Brighton Mazda Dealership and met with the Finance Manager and finished completing all of the necessay paper work in about 20 minutes. I was so thrill with how smoothly everything went. My Mazda 6I Grand Touring was shinning and ready when I left out of the Finance Office. Mr. Knox explained all of the features of the vehicle. I had more features on the car than I expected. I really thank God for leading me to Brighton Mazda and having a Wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend Mr. Knox III to others and Brighton Mazda Dearlership. I pray that the experience I had others would have the same.
This was very enjoyable car buying experience. Van listened to all of my concerns and took into account the price I wanted to pay, the style of car, made sure it was avaiable and secured the financing before I even got to the dealership after a long day at work. When I got to the dealer ship the paperwork was ready to be signed. Then I changed my mind at the last minute on the color I wanted. I was so impressed that he said it was not a problem to change the paperwork and got me the color I wanted. The customer service was excellent from beginning to the end. I will definately be back for my next purchase.
