Only charged me what was actually necessary, and was willing to go over things that I may need to get taken care of and then your future and help me to prioritize what was needing immediate repair and what could wait a while to help me. Try to save some money.
Me and my wife went in looking at a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. We knew that was the vehicle we wanted and the one we got. From start to finish there was no non-sense. Xavier was awesome he didn’t push any other vehicle on us just kept focused on what we came in for. The customer service was great everyone was friendly and it was by far the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had.

Serra Mazda Brighton MI has just raised the bar for stress free vehicle trade-in and purchase experience. We test drive 3 2026 vehicles and liked them all. We decided on CX50 and the tradein and paperwork went very quickly. Kudos the dealership team esp Mariah. We are once again proud of our zoom zoom vehicle (this is our 5th one over 32 years).
First-time customer at Serra Mazda Brighton. Needed "Check Engine" warning light diagnosed and problem resolved, and four mud flaps installed. Faulty thermostat replaced, coolant flushed and replaced under warranty, no charge. Mud flaps installation a little pricey. Service was completed in a timely manner. Customer lounge/waiting room is clean, comfortable, well lit, and has a vending machine with snacks and beverages. Service Department staff and Cashier were professional, polite, competent, and thorough. Two thumbs up!

Test drove a vehicle, decided I liked it and wanted to purchase it. last time I bought from a dealership, it took over 5 hours. This was about an hour and a half total with applying for financing/loan, choosing what option was best for me and signing. Was a pretty positive experience and the guys I dealt with were pretty easy going and not pushy or aggressive like some of the other car salesmen I've dealt with. Very happy with the car as well.

Serrvice was good. The idea of taking a video of the cabin air filter was a good idea. It would have been even better if the video included a photo of the :broken part" that would cost $1550 to replace!

Came to get a key cut for an older mida. The service girl didn’t know how to find the mileage on an analog dash and then argued with the reading. Then when I brought a black key in she offered to order one in the next day. Then said they couldn’t cut it. I live an hour away. Al Serra of grand Blanc cut the key when they learned the key code wasn’t available to them. Al Serra gb rocks. Brighton not so much.

The sales representative was fabulous. However, the Services team four months after the purchase tried to recommend $800 of work to be done on the serpentine belt, which was less than a year old, and a second opinion confirmed that it was fine. Additionally, the services package that I paid over $1,500 for has only saved me $120 in two oil change and services appointments, so I feel that I was taken advantage of as a single woman and convinced to purchase an ad hoc package that was unnecessary.

Special thanks to Tristan Chambless for being honest about repairs that are critical to immediate safety and inform me about repairs that can wait a bit longer.
