Sales person was a pleasure to work with however, sales manager is the whole reason I purchased my car elsewhere. Car had damage and vastly incorrect miles from the online listing. I thought no problem, they’ll make it with a slight price adjustment. Nope. Was told the price is the price. Then overheard the sales manager talking to a sales person that he, “highly doubts” that I have good credit and money down. Well guess what, I did! And another dealer got my money.
Bobby was very kind and made sure to help me find the right mazda. He explained in detail, no hidden fees. He does honest buisness, and If i need a new car i the future. I will be back because of Bobby.

I got the tailgate stopper rusted. At first was declined for warranty. But the manager helped me out and put it on the warranty. The video inspection is great to have an obviously look.

Probably the best dealer I've ever dealt with for sales and service. Pricing is okay ish if you use the coupons. Still dealer pricing for services, but not as bad as others that I've seen. I haven't had any of them try to pull anything dumb on me "that I know of anyways...". I do replace my own air filters because THAT is stupidly expensive at any dealer. And I've never been told it's time to replace those when I didn't need to.

I had a quick question, about an accessory that came with my new car. I ran up to Serra, and Tristan went out and showed me how to operate it. All the people I've dealt with the past week in service dept went above and beyond for me.
I had a wonderful experience here buying a new 2026 mazda3 sedan. Melvin is very repsonsive over the email and made the purchasing process smooth. I was able to be in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours with all the paperworks signed. Melvin also went over and above and deliver the vehicle because I couldn't pick it up on the same day.
Melvin was awesome, no funny business, and great communication. The dealership went out of the way to secure us a more rare color combo on a cx-50, and gave us a great deal on it. Super easy to work with, would highly recommend. (and of course the cx-50 rocks)

I had an excellent experience with the service team. They discovered that my oil seal had deteriorated and replaced it free of charge, which I truly appreciated. They also provided me with a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired, making the whole process incredibly convenient.

Highly recommend this dealer. One of the easiest buying experiences. Sam was wonderful and the finance person was great (his name escapes me). I would return to that dealer again for sure. No high-pressure sales no push to buy a bunch of extra crap when we got to the finance office it was just smooth and easy!
